AHCI controller unavailable

Hello. I have build a NAS (First time ever) with Jonsbo N1 case. but my motherboard only has 4 sata slot. So I get a PCIe to sata expansion card. If I use the expansion card empty system boots. but if I connect drives I get "AHCI controller unavailable" message and system reboots itself. I try to reinstall TrueNas but installation won't boot, it gives same message and reboots. In bios I don't see HDDs connected with PCIe. It only shows drives directly connected to motherboard. I appreciate any help, thanks.

 

Specs:

1. Asrock b550m-itx/ac motherboard

2. amd ryzen 5 5600G processor

3. Corsair DDR4 32GB 3600MHz RAM

4. ToughPower SFX 450w PSU

5. Sh. Dysk 240GB ssd (boot drive)

6. WD PC SN530 NVMe SSD 256Gb

7. 5x WD Red Plus 4TB WD 40EFPX Nas Hard Drive

8. PCIe to sata adapter. Not sure what is the name is, on the box it writes "PCI&PCI-Express Card".

 

bios: B550M-ITX/ac P2.20

 

OS is TrueNAS Scale
