Press Win+R to open the run window. Type in "mdsched.exe"  and hit enter.

A window will open prompting you to restart your computer and run the Memory Diagnostic tool. Your computer will reboot and the diagnostic tool will open. Follow the recommended prompts and let the tool run. Once it's done, your computer will restart again and once you boot into Windows you'll get the results of the diag.

It's a memory leak exception. Could be bad ram could be the os recovery didn't go as planned. Could also be that your storage device has issues and that is why the recovery process completed but may have resulted in errors.

What was the reason for the recovery in the first place?

Do you have any background applications and or services running that did not ship with the OS other than your audio and video drivers?

You can do a system file check for integrity with "sfc /scannow"

And then run "DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth" to repair your base installation files

both should be run in safe-mode for best results
