Network speed diagnostic program

I'm looking for a good program/utility to see just how fast files are being transfered over my network.  Also looking for a good program/utility to see the speed of files being transfered onto USB drives.  I don't want to just use crystal disk mark, I want to use actual files to see how fast they are moving.  Any good ones stand out?  Thanks for any help!

When transferring a file, Windows shows you the speed at which it's transferring.

When that little box pops up, if you click the little arrow in the bottom right of the box, a little drop-down window will appear telling you the transfer speeds (in MB/s) and how long it has left.
