BIOS time - ASUS B450-E

Hello!

I have the following system:
-ASUS ROG STRIX B450-E GAMING (BIOS: 5102 - latest)
-AMD 5600G (Stock)
-Corsair A70 Air Cooler
-G.Skill AEGIS 64GB (4x16) DDR4 3200MHz

-Corsair CX600 
 

The problem I'm experiencing is high BIOS times, it takes too long for the system to POST, it never fails but it takes about 30sec to POST after the system was shut down (restart is faster). 
Task manager reports 17.1sec BIOS time from shut down and around 10sec after restart.
I upgraded from a AMD 3400G last year that was when the BIOS time increased (from ~8-12sec), it was never fast but with the 5600G its worse.
I attached a video of the LED indicators. it didn't pass twice from red with the 3400G. (CPU: RED, DRAM: YELLOW, VGA: WHITE, BOOT: GREEN - According to ASUS manual) 
Hard Drives (tried with 2 different drives one NMVE and one SATA SSD) and OS version doesn't affect the problem obviously. 

Does anyone knows why this happens?
Any suggestion how to resolve?
