The link you provided was in USD. Anyways, as said above look at AMD. They are generally cheaper and often have same or better performance. What resolution are you planning to game in? That makes a big difference.

Here is a list, a bit over but only by $7. If you wan't to cut down look for a used 7900 XT or XTX on marketplace, gumtree and ebay.
https://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/dawesville/components/amd-xfx-rx-7900xt-gpu-graphics-card-20gb-vram/1315164159
Here is a 7900 XT that you may be able to get for $950, $1000 is still a good price though, $169 cheaper than buying the cheapest new model available.
https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/225704361604?hash=item348d073e84:g:DzQAAOSwHdlkuNgy&amdata=enc%3AAQAIAAAAwEAXK6VKTs3YGN2%2BZRoG9QAa9jVO9Y%2FoYiCIeBcO2r3RatfaZjun9%2B4%2BXcyxzzxamMRKokPto8FlNaABYpQTRIUk58FtSPLc7X21V6TczcCUCJzUuM8oeRSiozBzTbUqLqtw9WotqR%2B%2B7VshJWaz7Yei2HeMmNOP%2BB73Bsi7XGcZ%2BIlPUdhw0UCmT2RBQV1sPNyPty%2FKz4CS1YlqlWHwrHHMMI5nD9i%2FXXjnxFpEsZOP6K1GcICRH6ttMrsaTv4w7w%3D%3D|tkp%3ABk9SR7zd9LS3Yg
Here is one from ebay which you may be able to get for $1000 if you try.

My First PC
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
Cooler: Asus TUF Gaming LC240
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix B550-f gaming
RAM: 4x8 GB Corsair Vengeance RS (3200 MHz, CL16)
Storage: 1tb Samsung 980 Pro
Graphics Card: Asus Dual RTX 2060 OC
Case: Deepcool Matrexx 50
Power Supply: Corsair RM650x
Headset: Razer Blackshark V2
Keyboard: Corsair K70 Pro Mini (Speed Silver switches)
Mouse: Razer Viper Mini
Only changes I have made is I sold the 2060 for $235 AUD and bought a Powercolor Red Devil 6700 XT for $400 second hand (it was barely used, think I scored a deal on Ebay with that).

I love Photography (Using a Canon 60D)

Love F1, my favourite team is Ferrari and my favourite driver is Leclerc

If you're new to gaming and don't know what it is you want, need or should get, why blow the whole budget entirely straight away? Instead, get something mid range and from there on see where you want to go. A config like this will run you plenty good, newest games at top settings without issues. Gonna look pretty as well:

Played around a bit with the already excellent system by @PcBeExpensive and managed to upgrade the GPU to 7900XTX.

The 7600 non-X CPU comes with excellent box cooler so no need for extra cooling.

No real need of full ATX motherboard. mATX is more than fine, it's also higher tier than the Asus board.

Aside from upgrading the GPU to 7900XTX, changed the case for one with fully mesh front panel.

The uplift from 7900XT to 7900XTX is more than enough to justify the price jump.

Because if it's 4k then this build will be the best out of all the rest
