Can any one help me with the LTT Store I'm really frustrated I ordered a stupid screw drive from the store on the 23rd of July and my order is not fulfilled till today, tryed to contact support email them I even send my bank statement to them and no answer yet. GOD newegg has a better coustomer service then LTT Store who they laughed about. Please Help.

Noted in other thread already, but its 8 workdays. They don't work on weekends. Plus last weekend was LTX, so store would have been prepping for that week advance. Generally if there's stock, fullfill is about 5 workdays max.聽

Be patient. They have got better. But big events will always mix things up. Just don't bombard them with emails. Maybe send new at start of next week if they don't get to yours today or Friday.
