here is the link to the part list https://pcpartpicker.com/list/zp9wrv

I was able to shave the price down to just a bit over the $1500 by just switching around some parts for different ones.

The PC Case that I picked will have the AIO go in the top of the Case so that you won't need any extra Fans. I took out the 2 M.2 Drives and just went for a single 2TB Drive with the same Speeds. I fix the RAM Speeds as well. Also I was able to get you a RTX 4070.

I have been building PCs for 30 years so if you have any questions please ask.

Yeah, lose the $75 in additonal fans, get a Peerless Assassin cpu cooler for half price, and lose 1 of the 980 Pros.  Why are you wanting Pro drive anyway?  Confused on what Pro even means, cuz SSD manufacturers are ethically challenged?

Here you go 🙂   Still keeping the excellent 13600k, 32GB DDR5 RAM. RTX 4070!.  Great and pretty case with good airflow.
Reliable PSU from Corsair, 750w is enough, I use 750w on my RTX 4080.

980 Pro, has dram cache, which in terms of price to performance usually you buy these if you have the cash for it to spend, so not very good for budget builds

Sure but it's all feel good and fooling ourselves.  About  the performance anyway.  QC and reliability and warranty, I understand.

But I 100% understood i was paying a Samsung bullshit tax when I bought mine.  I had no allusions that they were faster.
