Hello,

For a while now I've been experiencing heavy stuttering on my pc, especially when playing games. Even when watching a show I can see and hear the occasional stutter occurring.

This has become such a nuisance that I can barely play any game. I did notice that DOCP was not enabled in my bios so after I enabled it again the worst of all stuttering happened. The PC was completely stuck and the background music was unrecognizable due to the heavy stuttering. Obviously this also happens when DOCP is disabled just NOT ALWAYS as heavy.

It happens even when GPU/CPU utilization is low.

Temps are normal.

I have updated my bios to the newest version. Version 4802.

Tried a clean install of Windows 11. version 22H2

Removed and reinstalled all drivers.

Specs:

Ryzen 7 5800X

Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS

RX 6800XT GIGABYTE

VENGEANCE® LPX 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4 DRAM 3600MHz

Don't remember the PSU name at this moment but it's at 850W
