But a rat ripped off the PSU And case wires, and the GPU is dead too, so I decided to buy a new PSU and a case. I got a Corsair Tx Bronze Certified 650 Watt and an ATX case, but the Motherboard lights are on, but the PSU fan only spins for 1 sec, and it stops. I think it's the motherboard, ram, or CPU because I tried to jumpstart the PSU alone, and the fan is spinning.

 

Is there any way to know if the Motherboard, Ram, or CPU is officially the issue, or do I have to swap everything and go into new stuff, which is much saver?

 

So I want to know Which motherboard/ram/CPU I should buy with that budget, including 35$ per kg shipping.
