I can potentially see a LTT Themed PC Case as a partnership with another company, but I don't think they will ever make custom prebuilt PCs, except for certain customers as they are already doing.

I could see them making skins or something for cases (or even cases themselves if they partnered with someone) but not full PC's. There's very little room for profit, and it's hypercompetitive, not to mention the margin for error is astronomical. At the moment I think they only will ever make custom PC's for big name celebrities/YouTubers/whatever, but even then, I think Linus has stated that he really doesn't want even that to become a reoccurring occurrence.

The amount of time it takes to create a PC and having to pay someone's salary to take the time to make said PC I don't think they could really justify the costs unless they hypothetically scaled it or figured out a way to sell them at a major profit (likely selling them at like 2X what they're worth) at which point no one would buy them, so I don't think there's a scenario where something like that would be on the horizon, at least not for the forseeable future.

Keep in mind that I am sometimes wrong, so please correct me if you believe this is the case!

There are some things that could be done. Like heat-resistant stickers to GPU backplates, Sticker/vinyl wrap for PSU, top cover for (selected) air coolers (Noctua chromaxx style), case sidepanels or wraps for selected cases. But its really not worth it to go into 3rd party manufacturing process. Modding parts are easier to do, and with sticker/vinyl, pretty much anything is possible and rather easy/cheap.
