Hopefully you are looking for just the tower section, so the one below should provide some future up grad-ability to a certain extent though it goes over budget a little but you get a entry level GPU which is nice. If it needs to be under $500 and you want new then you would have to drop the 6500xt and swap the CPU to the Ryzen 5600g instead which will probably meet you gaming needs but at way lower 1080p settings. The 3600 is a decent CPU that with the board can let you jump up to a Ryzen 5 5600x later on if you want for some more performance later. The 6500xt will do a good job for the games you want at 1080p with some settings lowered. The SSD is nothing to write home but it will get the job done. Case really is up to you but I threw on in there so you can get an idea of entry pricing for one. This config is M-ATX so keep that in mind.

Find this same configuration but with newer CPU. But for what it is itll be better than what new gets you in this range. This is the barest i can do in terms of new PC before the value proposition is plain not worth it.
