Help with alt tabbing constantly while playing games

I have been having a problem for some time now when I'm playing it will randomly just alt tab.

 

I have seen the command prompt sometimes for a split second when it tabs me out but that's about it

Works fine in windowed full screen but I'm looking for a permanent solution
