how do i hide toolbar in VMware

so after way too much digging, i found out that you need to go to %appdata% > VMware > prefferences.ini, and add  

pref.vmplayer.fullscreen.nobar = "TRUE"

So i just installed VMware, feels so much faster than virtualbox, but the problem is that i cant hide this stupid toolbar on top of the screen, even if i select to hide it, a few pixels remain, and every single tutorial just tell me to "cLick viEw aNd...", while i literally dont have a "view" button up there no matter how hard i look, i have VMware workstation 17 player, does anyone know how do i remove this annoying toolbar.
