that seems like a pretty bad option, especially because it doesnt even have an ssd, you really should try to make the pc yourself, there is literally a component list for every budget, and with a tutorial you will build it in like an hour, and it will always be around 200$ cheaper

this one would be better since it has ssd, if you want to build your own pc it would better since you can ask other people to get better spec for the price. and even better yet if you can find used part for good price you can save a lot of money. but if you're afraid of building your own pc and want to get pre-build i would say the one with ssd would be better
