Ryzen 5 5600
EVGA 3080 10GB
850w psu
32GB Ram

I'm having random balck screens when playing.
I start the game up, play for about 2 to 3 minutes and then out of nowhere freeze followed by black screens.
Temps are alright, around mid to high 70's...
Thought it was a PSU problem cuz I had a 650W PSU but to my desmay the PSU upgrade didn't solve my problem.
I have also tried to flash a new BIOS but it doesn't work because it complains off the PCI ID not matching...
I have no clue what's going on, any tech tips guys?!

what PSU did you have and what did you upgrade to?
Have you tried DDU?

I had a cooler master 650w

And upgraded to a gigabyte Aorus 850w 80 plus gold

Yup I used DDU because I upgraded from a 6600xt

Both are good PSUæs so you are probably right there, that its not a PSU issue.
Ok so DDU did not fix the issue.  You could try again just because, you know how computers work sometimes^^.
Never heard of the PCI ID issue when trying to update the BIOS. When does it say that?
What exact motherboard do you have?
I would also suggest running Memtest to check if your RAM is stable.

I was talking about the GPU BIOS.

I will the DDU again and maybe install some older drivers, and also try to disable SAM and see what happens.

The ram game no problems when I used another GPU, like 2 days that I played no problems, but with this GPU I can't play, because 3 minutes in the game and it freezes and screens go black.

My motherboard it's a B450 MSI bazooka v2
