Black screen when initializing

Hy guys it been happening something strange with my PC sometimes, not always, when i turn on my pc it gives a black screen with just the line like the terminal and it freezes like there is some error and when i look at the motherboard that has 4 lights it lights the VGA on, then i turn it off and it starts normally what this could be?

I know that for being the vga light is something due to the graphics but why does this happens and is there a way to solve this?
