Issues with the ram

so i have one 8gb stick of goodram 1600mhz but when i bought another one i realised it was made differently, so when i put both of them (they're the same) after few minutes in-game, the whole pc freezes anyone knows whats going on?

What ram are you using? DDR3, DDR4, or DDR5? Make sure both are the same.

 

Next, are both of them the same speed and CAS latency? 1600mhz CL16?

its ddr3

and yes they are both 1600mhz 
i dont really get the cl16 part

i just realized it was built differently in some parts so i thought they count as different or smth but ye when i put it under load it just freezes the whole pc

RAM has both a speed (e.g. 1600 MHz) and a latency (e.g. CL16). For best compatibility, both of these should be identical.

 

Instead of a photo, try CPU-Z, that can show you all the technical details.

This looks to be the ram you have. Both are CL11 I am betting it is 1 bad stick. Do you have XMP enabled? What CPU and motherboard do you have?

For the CPU its AMD a8 7600 and motherboard gigabyte ga-f2a88xm-ds2

And no i dont even have an xmp option in bios 

PS the new stick works just fine alone
