Low FPS

Hi guys, I have no idea what's going on with my PC. When I try and run CSGO I cant get any frames above 20. I have rebuilt the PC to make sure everything was in correctly. Had been working fine and then I hadn't used it in a while. Everything has been updated which is the only thing I can think is different, potentially the most recent version of the AMD software isn't stable enough for my outdated built? I have however tried another graphics card which was a GTX1050 (another old card i know) which was the only other card i had lying around. Also tried using another old CPU which was an i5 6600k but each time it was the same scenario when playing CSGO. Any help would be great.

Have you tested other games? Is it just CSGO you have this issue in or any graphically intense program?

I haven’t tried other games but I have run FurMark with an average of 68.3fps and Unigine Heaven at 111.5 fps.

i have tried a fresh install of CSGO as well to check that but no joy

Tried Valorant, same issue when in practice low fps very slow frame rate as well
