So as of recent, sometimes I would turn off or restart my PC and trying to turn it back on again would allow the DRAM light to turn on and refuse to post. It won't turn on despite turning it off and on again (holding down the power button on the case) There is an easy fix however. Removing one (of two) sticks of RAM, turning on the PC, which brings me to BIOS. BIOS says there was some sort of error and asks me to load optimized defaults which also defaults my EXPO profile bringing speed from 6000mhz to 4800. After doing so, it will then post with that one stick of RAM in. Then, I can turn off the PC, put back in the second stick, and it works fine then. I think there is something wrong with my second stick. Why does this keep happening?

GPU: 6750xt
CPU: 7600x
MB: GIGABYTE Arorus Elite AX
RAM: G skill trident 6000mhz CL36
SSD('s): SN770 (2tb) and XPG S70 Blade (1tb)

Also when trying to turn on XMP, the profile does not work. It stays at stock speeds and timings for whatever reason so I think that is the issue.

This is my exact issue. With EXPO on my PC is unstable to boot.

You can update your BIOS for SOME More stability, also, the easiest thing for you to do is to reset CMOS versus pulling ram.

In MY instance, if I reboot and get hit with the yellow light, if I hit my RESET switch, it will post.

Not always, but sometimes. but, if I shut down and on 2 time, my PC will post no matter what.

You can disable memory training times in the BIOS which helps some people (Doesnt help me) as well as disable power down on the memory in advanced memory features in BIOS.

If your like me, that will help with some more stability ,but, not perfect.

Ah. I was going to reset the CMOS at some point but was trying to find other solutions before I resorted to that. Ill try now and maybe that will help with the instability issue. Ill update you going forward.

Update: GPU is working how it's meant to and the RAM seens *fine* now. However, I have not turned on EXPO yet becuase it doesn't really matter if I have it on or off. The performance difference is pretty negligible. Ill update you once more but so far, setting the CMOS was probably the best solution.
