Do Riser 4.0 affect gaming performance?

I am still new at this stuff and doing a built but i want to try one in that Show off display does a Riser cable affect performance (I am getting a 4090).

We don't have so many measureable number about the difference 

But in my opinion it wont affect anything more than your bank account or your wallet because if it does affect the perfomance, there'd have been many videos talking about "why you should Not use GPU riser"
