650 watt psu with an rtx 4070 ti

Will a Corsair RM650x power supply be sufficient to run an NVIDIA GeForce 4070Ti graphics card?

Or should I upgrade to the rm850x?

PC Specs:

  • CPU: Intel Core i7-12700
  • RAM: 16GB(8gb dual channel/ rgb)
  • Storage: 1.5TB M.2 SSD
  • Fans: 7 total (including 3 RGB fans)
Not sure if adding my fans in there was necessary.

4070ti is pretty damn power efficient compared to the equivalent 3090, might not age well with half the vram of a 3090 though

as the two comments above imply yes a 650w should do just fine and still have plenty of headroom left
