Hi. I have been getting very high temps(75 on prime 95 and 85 on cinebench) on my 4770k (4.4 ghz 1.22 vcore). alot of people suggested my h100i  was a bad mount. What exactly is a bad mount, and how do you fix it?

Yea that is a awfully vague description of the possible issue. Could be how tight the pressure is on the CPU, could be the thermal paste that is on the CPU, Could be the airflow setup in your case, could be the fan orientation of your h100i (kind of co insides with your airflow). Did they give you any further specifics. Also keep in mind that the silicon lottery is real some temps you just wont hit.

I just installed mine, just check the back plate to make sure it is secure and not gonna move, mine was moving. If it is moving, buy some small o-rings and put them between the bracket and the motherboard to hold it in place.

I used size (5/16th O.D. x 3/16" I.D. x 1/16") o-rings, also found them at Lowe's Home improvement

Just like this - ( picture from this build - http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/140982-my-experience-with-the-h80i-and-a-small-mod/  )
