Heres my final build list. Bought everything under prime day

CPU: Ryzen 5 7600x

CPU Cooler: Thermaright Peerless Assassin 120se

GPU: XFX MERC19 RX 6800XT

Memory: Kingston Fury Beast 32gb 6000MT/s DDR5

Storage: Samsung 980 Pro SSD 2tb w/ heatsink

Board: Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX

Cooling: Corsair SP120 ARGB fans x 3

PSU: Corsair SF750w SFX 80+ Plat

Case: Lian Li 011 Dynamic Mini Snow White

It took a lot of time and research (and a lot of peoples advice on this forum) but I think everything is good to go.

Thoughts and opinions appreciated!

I don't think you'll have many issues with 2tb to start off with. You always have room to expand storage in the future.

Looks like a really good build though! Will be keen to see some pics when it's all up and running. I'm running the same CPU cooler with only the middle fan installed. Really happy with how it performs given how cost effective it is!

Just make sure to set a custom fan profile for it, the stock fans can get a little bit on the noisy side if you let them do their own thing. On my 5700x I have the one fan running at 50% during gaming load and it's a lot better.

The build list looks great! The lian Li 011 Dynamic Mini is a pretty sleek case too. Just make sure you orrient the fan so that you have good airflow and you should be good to go.

Your computer's going to look awesome!

How would you orient the fans in the case? I'm kinda struggling with that.

Because you have 3 Corsair SP120 fans, I would orient two of the three fans pulling air into the case as shown in the picture.

Generally speaking, a fan usually pulls air from the side that has the logo printed on it, and exhausts it out from the side that has the electrical info on it.

So if you install two of your fans exactly as shown in the picture, then those two fans will pull fresh air into your case to cool your components.

After that, you can put your last remaining fan in the back to exhaust hot air out.

In this configuration, you have two fans pulling in fresh air, and one fan pulling out hot air.

Perfect! The cpu cooler will probably have to be oriented where the fan is facing front and back of the case?

As long as the cooler is oriented so that it pulls air from the front and exhausts it out the back then yes.

Also, the cpu cooler can start to pull a little bit of air from the top of the case through the mesh if there are no fans there. It might not be a lot of air, but it could be enough cooling to make a small difference.

Dumb question but, how do I know which way the fans are going to blow when I install? Can you change the direction of the fans movement?

On most fans, the side with the logo on it is the one that pulls air while the the side with the info on it is the side that exhausts air.

Hope this helps.

That helps a bunch. Thank you!

How many fans total would you suggest? (Minus the cpu fans of course)

I personally think three should be enough for the case that you have and for the components you have.

I personally own an XFX RX 6800 XT(the same kind of gou that you have) and the Temps don't get very high as the cooler on it is very good from my personal experience so far. And a dual tower cpu cooler should be enough to handle a Ryzen 7600x, so I think you should be fine with the things that you have.

If you add too many fans, they might cause some airflow issues which could negatively impact your Temps. And you could also get into a rabbit hole of buying more and more fans to either look good or to balance out airflow which would be costly.

I think three fans is enough.

Awesome. I'll probably mount two up front bringing Cold air in and one in the back to take hot air out.
