What's the max resolution for Athlon 3000G on-board graphics?

I could not find information about it.

 

My parent's PC use that one and I wanted to give them my 1440p monitor, all they do is Youtube, Facebook, etc

 

Can that CPU handle that resolution or should I upgrade it to something like a Ryzen 6 with on-board graphics?

Yes it works with HDMI up to 4K-60Hz
