Pc crashing when getting into a games and do loud noise

Hey i have my pc for 3 years thats the spec :

AMD Ryzen 7 3700X

Corsair DDR 4 32G (16Gx2) 3200 Dominator Platinum

Gigabyte B450 AORUS PRO

Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER GV-N208SGAMING OC-8GC 2.0

Gigabyte PSU 750W PFC Gold 80+ Modular G750H

untill yestarday everything worked good and then for the first time in 3 years i had a problem every game that i play excpt Team fortress 2 the computer crash after 5-15 min in game and do i can hear a  really loud noise from the case screen turns black and i can hear the game i was in for few sec and then nothing , crash. temp of cpu was around 55-68 and gpu around 65-73  i tired alot of stuff and nothing worked  how do i fix it or detect the problem ?

Did you see blue screen after the black screen?

Did the load noise continues when the system crash?

Can you manually shut down the system by pressing the power button? Or you must use the reset button or even unplug power?

only black screen no blue 

yes untill i press the restart button to boot up again the pc
