Extreme4 has some overclocking problems...

 

Try more LLC and volts. You can also lower the PLL to around 1.5-1.7.

 

Set your memory as xmp or don't while you're messing with the cpu right now, not somewhere in between. After you have the cpu overclocked, then you can overclock the memory past xmp..or not.

Use the Xmp on the ram, Also increase ram voltage to 1.55 volts and increase vcore volts to 1.3volts Make sure spread septrum is turned off and all power saving features.
