Modem reboots

Okay I have three devices connected to my network I have my phone gaming console and TV but every time I try to download a game it runs completely normal with the local network status light flashing and then the internet flashes green but then it decides to reboot it has done this so many times and it's not the first time doing it the last time it happened for a day and then the next day no light no red green on the internet like nothing so I called my maintenance guy to come over and fix it he got it fixed after of course I put in a ticket for it so what is the problem with it why is it doing it it's done it about 13 times today

If that isn't the longest run-on sentence I have seen in a long time, I don't remember the last.  If you break up the paragraph with some punctuation with maybe a period or two it would make it a little easier to understand when reading.

If this modern is from the ISP, then the ISP is responsible for troubleshooting and fixing it. They might need to replace it.

What modem make and model? What kind of Internet connection is it (DSL, Cable, etc)?
