I want to completely wipe my ssd from my dell laptop, it came preloaded with a 16GB Recovery tool partition as well as the standard windows recovery partition.

Is it okay to completely remove the dell recovery tool ?

Also which software/drivers should I make sure to reinstall after I reinstall windows ?

Any other advice on making this as easy as possible would be appreciated.

Yes just run the Windows installer and delete the partitions in there / start a fresh install from zero.

Install all hardware drivers, should all be listed on the Dell product page for your specific model.

If you really want to do a full wipe / no data left on the ssd you need to do a secure erase. But that's only necessary when reselling / discarding the drive.

Also great for fresh install, use https://ninite.com/ for easy install of regular programs.
