Styling Windows 11? .msstyles (XP)

Hi.

I was looking at some of the archives that I have since XP times. I found one .msstyle names Aikon, which is nokiA, I guess, and was styled like phones from that time. I think there was a similar Aikon 3 theme for Trillian.

 

I remember one had to UX Theme Patcher (1, 2) to be able to apply the "unofficial" themes. I really like(d) that theme and I wondered if it is possible and what would it take to have something like this on Windows 11.

What is the situation with the custom styles on Windows 11? I mean not only color styles but graphic changes of the windows, taskbars, scrollbars, etc.
