Black screen after update win 11

Specs

Ryzen 5 3600

Crosshair VI hero

Strix GTX 1070

850W EVGA PSU

 

So I updating to windows 11 and it auto restart then black screen for a while now. Error code show up 02, then plug in keyboard, it up to b4, and then nothing happen. Qled stop at green (boot). Reset CMOS, clean ram and ram slot, not touch the CPU yet but already try to check the heat of CPU and it still running for sure, can't enter BIOS screen. Remove the HDD and SSD to format on another PC already, plug it back still nothing, the thing I'm not check was GPU and PSU, led still on for GPU but not test with another PC yet
