AIO might be a waste of money. The 7700 is very efficent chip and comes with a stock cooler that is usually good enough. If (after some use) you find it isn't good enough, you can always add a better tower cooler at a later date.

Is there a reason you need such an expensive motherboard?

With DDR5 ram you need to get atleast 32GB or there is a large performance penalty. Look for a 2x16GB kit at something like 5600Mhz CL36.

Try to stretch your GPU budget to a RX 6700 XT to get the extra Vram, it should keep your GPU relevant for longer.

You can probably save money on the SSD and Case too.

Common build advice:

1) Buy the cheapest (well reviewed) motherboard that has the features you need. Paying more typically only gets you features you won’t use. 2) only get as much RAM as you need, getting more won’t (typically) make your PC faster. 3) While I recommend getting an NVMe drive, you don’t need to splurge for an expensive drive with DRam cache, DRamless drives are fine for gamers. 4) paying for looks is fine, just don’t break the bank. 5) Tower coolers are usually good enough, unless you go top tier Intel or plan on OCing. 6) OCing is a dead meme, you probably shouldn’t bother. 7) "Bottlenecks" rarely matter and "Future-proofing" is a myth. 8) AIOs don't noticeably improve performance past 240mm and don't improve at all past 360mm. 9) RTFM.

No.

5200 mhz cl40 ram has a 10-15% cpu performance impact over 6000 cl36

You don't need an expensive aio a budget air cooler is plenty for a 7700

Try to at least get a 6700xt

Board is extremely expensive even a budet b650 ds3h is plenty good.
