starting up errors with windows 11

hello, since installing windows 11 sometime when i load up my pc im met with a blank screen and it doesnt load any further, other times i get to the lock screen and it freezes and sometime i get an error message about srt trail, and then for a week straight it works perfectly and im wondering if anyone know any fixes.

I've never experienced this. but there are videos on YouTube about it.

yeah i believe that i have tried to do what these videos do but mine never works just because they do something in the cmmnd prmpt and when i do it i get an error message that they never cover so i go back to step 1

thanks, like i ssaid though its not everytime which is weird because if something was truly wrong with the start up it shouldnt work at all
