PC Keeps bootlooping, no reason

Hello there, i have cable managed my pc and not changed anything other than this

 

questions that will be asked:

 

is the monitor cable in the gpu, yes

 

did you check for any loose cables, yes

 

did you check for any misconfigures cables, yes

 

did you do a cmos reset, no, but i am in the process of doing so

 

what did you cable manage, i rerouted the argb controller and cables, same for the fan controller

Unplug everything that is non essential (fans rgp ect) then if it boots plug stuff in one by one till u find the issue

ait ill unplug everything except for cpu fan bc yk, cant run it without that

btw nothing is broken since it turned on right before this cable management

Any chance that you may have crimped a cable using a cable tie too tight ? some fan and rgb cables I find to be very thin and the plastic/PVC coating used is often in my mind rather soft and easy to damage if tied to the case metal.

no cable ties, just routed along an edge, already inspected the cables and nothing danaged

Is it POSTing? It doesn't appear to be in the video, in that case, wouldn't be accurately described as bootlooping. Bootlooping in my opinion would be defined as its POSTing, then when BOOTing into windows it restarts before fully BOOTing. Looks more like its failing to POST. If its restarting before POSTing, then there's probably a short somewhere.

yea its not posting at all either

 

fand ramp up and down

 

the mb leds go from red to yellow to white, wich is normal, but bormaly all goes away and shows win 11 screen, showing it doens tge tpast boot

Can u try reseating your cpu or your ram? You might have ruffled either of them. Also make sure most of your power connectors are secured from the psu and input side

power connectors secured

ram reseated and tested in each slot

 

havent researed cpu, guess ill try that

resteaded cpu, wasnt out but was stuck to the cooler instead and slightly misplaced

 

no bent pins

Reseating the CPU does clear some stuff like RAM training on DDR5, if resetting the CMOS wasn't something you tried first. AM4 sockets still scare me since I've bent pins without doing anything that would've caused it, so I try to not have to reseat those CPUs.
