Anyone know where to get a cheap win 11 key?

Yeah, there are a few large reseller websites.  I have not had a bad purchase yet on any of the ones I've used to buy game codes.

 

If you run an upgrade of a pre-activated copy of Windows, Microsoft will issue you a digital license for free.  After that wipe and do a clean install, Microsoft activation server will remember your digital license and activate.

 

Basically Windows 10/11 (Pro) is free.
