Simple Voltage Question

Simple question but couldn't find a definite answer on Google: Will anything bad happen if I plug my surge protecter that requires 125V into my 110-120V outlet?

No it will work just fine, it doesnt have to be the exact voltage as long as its like 100-125v.

I wonder... If it has an "PC PSU" cable, would it also be fine to connect to 220v? Like normal-people-power? (EU and such)

Depends on the power supply, but almost anything modern can 'sense' the input voltage and handle it fine. Older units have a physical switch that if set wrong can cause literal fireworks.

I took a 120v surge protector with me when I moved to china. (220v) it flipped the breaker for the whole hotel floor when I plugged it in. This was just the surge protector, nothing else was plugged in yet.
