crash Pc crashed and wont boot

I was playing a game then my pc crashed and I restarted my pc like nothing. The fans spun up and nothing happend on the screen. I have tried to reseat the gpu and ram, disconnected all cables and reconnected and still nothing. I changed the psu and that did not help. When I changed the gpu it booted to a black screen with the text B2 in the bottom right corner. All help is appreciated.

I wanted to propose using your igpu (without the gpu) but you can't, no HDMI

I don't understand what you mean,

Using you computer without the gpu would eliminate one suspect

I put the gpu in another pc that I had and that pc didn't boot. Is the gpu the problem?

Did you connect the 2 pcie power adapters ?

If yes, than the gpu is probably faulty

Pc doesn't even boot when I change gpu to a different one, the other one is a nvida gpu could that be a problem

I guess, it must be something,

You might have some (weird) diagnostic leds on your board, do some light up, any clue  ?
