Budget (including currency): About 1200-1300 euros

Country: Belgium

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming: fps and some more graphic ones, music production, lighter videonand photo editing.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I need advice on wich platform i should go with

Choices:

CPU: Ryzen 5 7600x or I5 13400f.

GPU: Rx 6700xt

MOBO: AM5 ddr5 Or 1700 Ddr4

Ram: either ddr5 orb4

The rest of the build is for both as good as the same. The reason i'm doubting is because i can get the mobo ram and cpu in bundle for a nice price plus a game. And that i don't know weither linking a amd with a amd is better. The amd build is around a 100 euros more expensive.

Can i have you guys opinion/advice?

A big jump on CPU side but the GPU is a downgrade from @filpo build even though they dont have Peripherals budgeted. But the thing is Zen 3 is already starting to be a bottleneck at 1440p for certain CPU bounded titles, unless if you spring for 5800X3D in which case you couldve gone for Ryzen 5 7600 or 13600K and have the same performance for better wattage and for AMD side, actual CPU upgradability.
