Budget (including currency): 1400USD or 120000INR

Country: India

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Intense Games, Unreal engine 5.2

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I am a noob in PC building

I have designed this pc for first time, are the components sufficient to run software like Unreal Engine 5.2 and run intensive games?

Please suggest better and cheaper alternatives if you find any. And is this pc futureproof for like next 5 years?

DDR5 5600 CL36 is slow.  I would pair up that 12700K with this board down below and a set of DDR4-3200.

MSI PRO B660-A DDR4 ₹14,800

Good cpu cooler.

DEEPCOOL AG620 ₹4,190

I dont know the prices in India, so i tried matching the USD amount, but if possible you could swap in a 6950XT for just 80 $ more

Can you please explain how it is badly balanced? Are the components not compatible with each other? Also part picker is saying that the motherboard and the CPU have compatibility issues... can you suggest another motherboard?

I dont really know what the special requirements are for working in unreal engine 5.2, but for gaming the CPU and GPU are kind of a mismatch

So which one among them should be replaced and can you suggest a better alternative please?

So are you suggesting that I should use the ddr4-3200 with ddr-5600 cl36? Is the ddr4 faster than the ddr5?
