Different QLed error each boot

I just upgraded my mobo, cpu and ram and everytime i boot it may get stuck on: DRAM qled or BOOT led, just once got stuck on VGA.

I literally cant think of anything, I first tought it was RAM but i'm starting to think it may be insufficient voltage from the PSU?

When i tried booting it up without the GPU plugged in it booted up and posted 100% of the times so I'm really confused.

Please if you think of anything help me because it's driving me crazy

which specific model of masterwatt? There's the 80+ white and bronze which is a definite mediocre built but could still deliver 750 peak, and there's the gold full modular and the platinum MIJ which is a definite keeper.
