Budget (including currency): 3200 euros (3500 USD) max

Country: Estonia

Games, programs or workloads that will be used for: only games and web browsing/ content consumption. VR in the future. No content creation. Games: I'd like a PC that is mainly geared towards a good Minecraft experience. I don't think that good RTX performance is possible on this budget, but I would like to use high quality Shaders. Other games I play/ used to play are League of Legends, Civilazation 5 and 6 and indie games. I haven't played AAA or FPS games because I haven't had a computer which offers a good experience, but would like to use this new setup to do so.

Other details: I have no existing parts list. I am not really upgrading from anything, because my at least 8 year old MSI gaming laptop has been out of commission and I just haven't really played anything, because my kind of old Lenovo Ideapad ain't really up for that. I am planning on running a 2 monitor setup with no real intention of upgrade to a 3 monitor setup. So a new main monitor is needed. Monitor has a separate budget, but I haven't decided how much it would be. I have an itch to go wide screen/ curved, but it is a bit too much to buy at the same time with the PC. I have had a 60hz monitor, but my frames usually don't reach that. So something like a 1440p and 144hz monitor is around what I need/ which will be an unbelivable upgrade. Don't really want to go lower than that. Also, a simple headphone/ mic is needed (price included in PC build). I am slowly starting to buy components (I am planning on building the PC myself with supervision). Don't to have a rush, but I would like to have a built PC in around 3-4 months.

Wrote a lot of filler text, but it should help with giving my idea across.

@psymittens add Microsoft Windows 11 64-bit to this build. That 120mm Arctic fan goes on the inside of the back of that case for a rear exhaust fan.

Easily go for a RTX 3070Ti build, with at least 2TB of nvme ssd storage. Included monitor, speakers, keyboard & mouse in the list too.
