Help please... used rtx2070

Hi! I bought a used msi aero rtx 2070, and its doing this on the top of the screen... i dont know what more i can do, tried drivers, tried another card in same config  i bought this for my girlfriend, to change out a 1650... things like this cant really happen overnight i think, the card was only on a 30min train ride, i didnt bang it to anything, it was with my laptop...   https://drive.google.com/file/d/1yB6cVWE4iF09_kfWrndfORLxP6cHCfLa/view?usp=drivesdk

it'd be nice to try that card in another rig

(don't really know what you mean with the defect)

Do you have a TV or other monitor you can try to see if the card does the same there.

i couldnt post the vid here, i cant compress it from my phone, i sent a google drive link. The colors are flickering on the top of the screen... I didn't have a chance yet to try that in a difettent setup yet maybe tomorrow

It does it if i record a video on the pc too.
