Computer not working in every way

Brand new computer not not working and being weird:

Randomly won't turn on at all

Randomly will not get past VGA light

Randomly crashed

Worked enough to install windows and move my files to it

Missing graphic file thingy

Crashed when trying to reinstall amd driver and broke windows (don't know if I can fix)

 

Specs: 

Windows 11

MSI B550M Pro-VDH WIFI

Msi Radeon Rx 6650 xt

Amd 5 5600

Corsair Vengeance RGB pro 3200 ram

Samsung 970 Evo plus 

Thermal take thoughpower GX1 600w

 

Things I have tried:

Updated bios

Tried a different graphics card in it and seemed to work 

Tried the graphics card on another computer once seemed to work

Reseating the ram, cpu, graphics card, power connections

 

Please if anyone can help I will be so so appreciative I have been trouble shooting for days and it's breaking me.
