Help With Home Audio Setup

So I may have just gotten in over my head at work. I recently installed an in ceiling speaker system at my restaurant. Now my owner wants me to go to her lake house and install a multi zoned speaker set-up. I have never dealt with multiple zones before. She would like to be able to have different volumes and possibly different songs in each zone. If anyone has some tips it would be very appreciated!

What kind of inputs (cds, streaming from phones, tvs)? How many zones? Do they want things like volume/input controls on the wall? Is there a central av room/rack?

There is currently no hub of any sorts, just from the brief outline she would like 4 different zones. Inputs is mostly streaming from her phone or from an Alexa device. I think she'd like a combo of volume control on the wall and her phone.
