  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap “Safety and emergency” in settings.
  3. Tap “Emergency SOS”.
  4. Tap the switch button to turn Emergency SOS on or off.
 
these are the step i found on samsung site. it most likely happen when the power button accidentally got pressed in your pocket
