Finally got my encryption key after not that long 5 min wait, i guess i got lucky with the customer service person, finally most of my data is recovered except some files here and there that are corrupted, a big yes to the rescue+ service provided by seagate . I will give it an 7/10, if the customer service were good i would've given a 10 but it is what it is.
