XMP problem, PC not booting

Hello,

 

So I have a difficulties with changing the setings for my RAM here. I have 4x16gb of VENGEANCE® LPX DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz C16 running with AMD Ryzen 7 5800x with MSI MPG X570 Gaming plus.

 

I tried to run it with two axmp settings from bios and problem is that the system wont boot. (Power on, black screen and on ezdebug red light on boot).

I tried also to change DRAM Frequency to 3200mhz as per the sticks and FCLK frequency to half of it (1600). Again the same problem.

 

Could someone might have any idea what I am doing wrong or maybe there is something that I am missing out here.
