Modding a SFF case for HDD storage with no GPU and an ATX Mobo

I am building a SFF NAS with 5 3.5 HDD. I am looking to mod a case using the GPU space for drive bays since im using an iGPU. I know the SSUPD Meshlicious has a 9 bay mod, but i was hoping to find a SFF case big enough to support an ATX board. I Know SSUPD made the Meshroom S for this, but are there any other SFF cases that support or can be modded to fit an ATX board?
