CPU Fan Error, CPU Over Voltage Error

I woke up this morning and opened my PC only to come across this CPU Fan Error and CPU Over Voltage Error, along with saying that I installed a new CPU when I had this CPU installed 3 months ago. I can't get to Windows and the BIOS shows that my CPU Voltage is at 2.779V and the temperature is -1 degree C. I've updated the BIOS, I've reseated the CMOS, I've unplugged and plugged the CPU Power Supply pins to no avail. Does anyone know how to fix this?
