Then get one? That's the only thing that's going to give you the real consumption of the whole PC, at least unless you have a fancy high end recent power supply that has power measurement.

 

Some smart plugs have power measurement too.

Corsair i series PSUs can do it via software provided you have it hooked into your mobo via the usb cable.

I just searched about PSU with such feature and there's also Aorus P1200W i guess.
