which is the best/most reliable program for monitoring/watching W consumption on pc??

Most reliable would probably be a watt meter the PC is connected to. That will give you an actually measured value, rather than an estimated one.

Or DIY an extension cable and measure amperage using Clamp meter.

Then calculate using : W = V x A

Then get one? That's the only thing that's going to give you the real consumption of the whole PC, at least unless you have a fancy high end recent power supply that has power measurement.

 

Some smart plugs have power measurement too.

I just searched about PSU with such feature and there's also Aorus P1200W i guess.
