Wait so do you need the case or not? Assuming you do have the storage already:

Intel, over the 105% budget limit but this will provide a bit more upgrade path.

Hey yall, I'm planning on building an Intel-based pc I've got AMD 6600 graphics already and I have a budget of $4-500 and didn't know which parts to pick that wouldn't throttle each other.

I mean I have no idea how Intel CPUs pair with AMD GPUs but that's another story..

The same way AMD CPUs pair with Intel GPUs, or Nvidia GPUs, or AMD GPUs.

For what use specifically? What country?

^^^ What country and is it only for gaming or do you need to get other stuff done?

I meant like how well it does it

CPU = CPU as far as the GPU is concerned. Both AMD and Intel support reBAR (AMD calls it SAM) on their modern platforms, both are constantly neck and neck on performance, so there's no difference that would effect the GPU. I've run Intel with AMD, Intel with Nvidia, Intel with Intel, AMD with AMD, AMD with Nvidia, I don't currently have anything AMD to try with my Intel ARC but I wager it'd work exactly the same as it does with my Intel CPU. Oh and going back further I believe my PowerPC Mac used... either an Nvidia or Radeon GPU, they came with and supported both IIRC, just forget which mine had.
